電池分析儀

電池分析儀主要基於電化學原理,通過對電池進行充放電循環、交流阻抗譜 (EIS) 或定電流間歇滴定 (GITT) 等方法,測量電壓、電流、溫度及內部阻抗等參數。該儀器能實時分析電池的荷電狀態 (SOC)、健康狀態 (SOH)、容量衰減、內阻及氣體生成情況,常用於電池設計、品質控管及壽命評估。

八通道電池分析儀,可分析電流範圍為0.02 mA至10 mA、電壓最高可達5V的小型紐扣電池和軟包電池。分析儀的每個通道都配備獨立的恆定電流源和恆壓源,可透過電腦軟體進行程式設計和控制。該系統可廣泛應用於電池測試領域,例如電極材料研究、電池性能測試、小規模電池化成、性能分級、電池組測試等。全新筆記型電腦已安裝Windows 10作業系統和最新版本的控制器軟體,分析儀也已完成校準,可立即使用。

Protection and Auto-recoverIf power failures occur during testing, the system will shut down all operating channels. Once power is recovered, the system will automatically reconnect with the PC, and the program can be resumed/continued manually.
Laptop ComputerBrand new laptop ( 4GB RAM 128GB SSD) with MS Window 10, and the latest version testing software is installed and calibrated for immediate use. Notice: It is suggested to use an external hard drive to keep an instant backup of the collected data.

Application NotesNew buyers must buy the software installed laptop to avoid trouble from installation. If you like to run multiple battery analyzers on one Laptop, you can just buy multiple analyzers with one laptop which are offered at a discounted price. Warning: Please choose NEVER for Screen and Sleep in the Power& Sleep setting of your computer, or it may lose connection from the battery analyzer. Multiple battery analyzers can be connected to 1 PC via an ethernet switch ($100.00). Since August 1, 2021, MTI changed the software for better operation
