電池分析儀
電池分析儀主要基於電化學原理,通過對電池進行充放電循環、交流阻抗譜 (EIS) 或定電流間歇滴定 (GITT) 等方法,測量電壓、電流、溫度及內部阻抗等參數。該儀器能實時分析電池的荷電狀態 (SOC)、健康狀態 (SOH)、容量衰減、內阻及氣體生成情況,常用於電池設計、品質控管及壽命評估。

八通道電池分析儀,可分析電流範圍為0.02 mA至10 mA、電壓最高可達5V的小型紐扣電池和軟包電池。分析儀的每個通道都配備獨立的恆定電流源和恆壓源,可透過電腦軟體進行程式設計和控制。該系統可廣泛應用於電池測試領域,例如電極材料研究、電池性能測試、小規模電池化成、性能分級、電池組測試等。全新筆記型電腦已安裝Windows 10作業系統和最新版本的控制器軟體,分析儀也已完成校準,可立即使用。
